Shipping policy
At RomoEssentials, we work with a selection of pieces available to order. This means that, after receiving your purchase, we manage the availability of the piece, review it and carefully prepare it before shipping.
Estimated preparation and delivery time
Pieces are prepared to order within an estimated period of 3–7 working days. Once the order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on the destination and carrier.
The usual total time from purchase to delivery is generally 6–12 working days. For special pieces, periods of high demand, or supplier or transport incidents, this timeframe may occasionally be extended.
This timeframe may vary slightly depending on the availability of each piece, receipt of the product or external logistical circumstances. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you by email.

- Free shipping to Mainland Spain on orders over €59.99
Order preparation
Each order is prepared manually. We check the pieces before shipping to ensure they arrive in good condition and with carefully considered presentation.
Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the available tracking information.
Delivery address
The customer is responsible for entering the shipping address correctly. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at romoessentialsstore@gmail.com.
Shipping incidents
If your order arrives damaged or there is any issue during transport, please write to us at romoessentialsstore@gmail.com, indicating your order number and attaching photographs of the package and the product received.
We will review the case and offer you an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
