Refund policy

At RomoEssentials, we handle every order with care. If you need to request a return, you may do so within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product.

In order for us to accept the return, the item must be unused, in good condition and, whenever possible, in its original or equivalent packaging.

To start a return, please write to us at romoessentialsstore@gmail.com, indicating your name, order number, purchase email address and the product you wish to return.

In the case of withdrawal, the direct return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. If the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will review the issue and offer you an appropriate solution.

Returns sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted.
